Waldorf Salad

A classic combination of apples, grapes, walnuts and celery in a fabulous, creamy dressing.

What you need

2 celery stalk

6 oz green grapes

½ cup black walnuts

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup almond milk

1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp granulated sugar

1 black pepper

2 cup romaine lettuce

1 fresh parsley
Instructions
0 Combine the diced apple, diced celery, halved grapes and chopped walnuts in a large bowl and set aside 1 Whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar and a pinch of black pepper (for further instructions, see my waldorf salad dressing recipe) 2 Add 1/2 cup of dressing into the apples, celery, grapes and walnuts and toss to combine 3 Transfer leftover dressing into an airtight container and refrigerate 4 Place 1 cup of chopped romaine lettuce into a bowl and top with half of the waldorf salad 5 Repeat for the second serving 6 Garnish with finely chopped parsleyView original recipe
