What you need
extra large egg

tbsp butter

tbsp milk

tsp vanilla extract

cup granulated sugar

cup all purpose flour

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

0 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees 1 In a large bowl, combine 4 ounces of softened goat cheese, 8 tablespoons of softened butter, 1 large egg, 3 tablespoons of milk and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract 2 Add 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar and mix until creamy 3 Add 3 cups of all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix until just combined 4 Roll tablespoon portions of dough into round balls and drop onto a parchment lined baking sheet 5 Optionally, roll the balls of dough in granulated sugar or sprinkles before baking 6 Bake the cookies in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes 7 Transfer the baking sheet onto a heat proof surface and allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes before transferring them onto a cooling rack 8 Store left overs in an airtight container at room temperatureView original recipe
