½ cup salted butter

3 ½ cup confectioners sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

0 Using an electric hand mixer, whip 8 ounces of room temperature cream cheese with 1/2 cup of room temperature butter until creamy 1 Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and 2 cups of confectioners sugar and whip until incorporated 2 Gradually add additional confectioners sugar until consistency and desired level of sweetness is achieved 3 Use immediately to top cakes, cupcakes or cookies 4 Chill if a stiffer frosting is desiredView original recipe
