What you need

4 tbsp butter

⅓ cup all purpose flour

1 tbsp fresh parsley

1 salt & pepper

¼ tsp fresh thyme leaves

1 garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp dried sage

¼ tsp poultry seasoning

¼ tsp italian seasoning
Instructions
0 Reserve 3 cups of turkey drippings from the bottom of your roasting pan 1 Place 4 tablespoons of butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat 2 Once the butter has melted, whisk in 1/3 cup of flour and cook while whisking for about 90 seconds 3 Place a mesh sifter over the saucepan and slowly pour the turkey drippings through the mesh until it has all been added to the roux 4 Whisk to combine 5 Bring the gravy to a gentle simmer and continue simmering until the gravy has thickened 6 Add seasoning, if necessary 7 Serve immediately and re-warm when necessaryView original recipe
