What you need

2 tbsp red onion

2 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 celery rib

½ red bell pepper

⅓ cup mayo

2 tbsp brown rice vinegar

1 granulated sugar
Instructions
0 Combine 15 ounces of canned tuna, 2 tablespoons of finely minced red onion, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley, 1 finely chopped rib of celery and 1/2 of a small finely chopped sweet bell pepper in a mixing bowl 1 In a small bowl, whisk 1/3 cup of mayo with 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar and a pinch of granulated sugar, black pepper, onion powder and celery salt until combined 2 Add the mayo mixture in with the tuna and mix until evenly distributed 3 Serve with crackers or bread 4 Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigeratorView original recipe
