What you need

tsp cocoa powder

tsp baking powder

oz all purpose flour

tsp vanilla extract

oz granulated sugar

oz butter

oz cream cheese

oz espresso powder

egg

Instructions
0 Combine 113 grams of room temperature butter, 4 ounces of room temperature mascarpone or cream cheese, 1 large egg and 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract in a large bowl and use an electric hand mixer to cream everything together until smooth and fully combined 1 Add 210 grams of granulated sugar and mix until fluffy 2 Add 200 grams of all purpose flour, 5 grams of espresso powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix until just combined 3 Cover the bowl and chill the dough for an hour 4 Preheat your oven to 375° 5 Use a lightly greased cookie dough scoop to scoop tablespoons of dough out and roll the dough into a smooth ball 6 Place the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet leaving 2 inches apart 7 Bake in a 375° oven for 10 minutes or until the cookies are just set 8 Let the cookies cool completely before dusting with confectioners sugar and cocoa powderView original recipe
