What you need
1 english cucumber

1 shallot

2 tbsp fresh dill

1 garlic clove

⅙ tsp celery salt

⅙ tsp cumin

1 salt

1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 ½ cup plain greek yogurt
Instructions
1 Place peeled and sliced cucumbers in a single layer on a paper towel lined baking sheet or cutting board 2 Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10-15 minutes 3 Transfer the cucumbers into a mesh strainer and rinse under cold water 4 Pat the cucumbers dry with paper towels and transfer into a food processor 5 Add remaining ingredients into the food processor 6 Pulse until smooth and fully combined 7 Taste and add another pinch of salt, if necessary 8 Transfer into a glass bowl, cover and chill for 30 minutes before servingView original recipe
