Instructions
0 Make a batch of garlic herb aioli and some crispy onion straws 1 In a large bowl, combine 16 ounces of ground beef with 1/2 cup of grated yellow onion, 2 cloves of finely minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, a whisked egg and 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt 2 Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into burgers 3 Season both sides of the burgers with sea salt and black pepper 4 Allow the burgers to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes 5 Brown burgers to your preferred doneness (further instructions above) 6 Add a slice of sharp cheddar to each patty about 60 seconds before removing from the heat 7 Once the burgers are done, let them rest for 5 minutes on a cutting board before assembling 8 Place a burger patty onto the base of a burger bun, add garlic herb aioli to the top bun and top with crispy onion straws 9 Enjoy immediatelyView original recipe
