What you need

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 salt & pepper
1 ciabatta loaf

4 extra sharp cheddar cheese

1 pickled beets
2 tbsp horseradish sauce

2 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
1 Season thinly sliced beef with salt and pepper 2 Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil into a large skillet and place it over medium high heat 3 Brown the beef and then transfer it onto a plate and set it aside 4 Turn your ovens broiler on 5 Combine 2 tablespoons of creamy horseradish and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise in a small bowl and set aside 6 Cut the ciabatta in half horizontally and place the bottom half onto a large plate 7 Generously spread half of the horseradish mayonnaise onto each half of ciabatta 8 Add a layer of browned beef 9 Add 4 slices of sharp white cheddar over the beef 10 Transfer the bottom portion of the panini onto a small baking sheet and broil until the cheese has melted 11 Add pickled red onions 12 Place the top half of the ciabatta over the base of your panini and press down firmly 13 Cut into triangles or long slices 14 Serve warm with kettle chips and a pickle :)View original recipe
