What you need

½ cup beef stock

2 tbsp tomato paste

⅓ cup fresh cilantro

2 tbsp pickled jalapenos
1 tbsp dried onion flakes

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp chipotle chile

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

0 Add the beef into a large skillet and season with 1 tablespoon of dried onion flakes, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of chipotle seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 1 Mix to combine 2 Place the skillet over medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the beef is cooked through and beginning to brown a bit 3 Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 2 tablespoons of finely chopped pickled jalapeños and mix to combine 4 Add 1/2 cup of beef stock and some finely chopped fresh cilantro (optional) and mix to combine 5 Let the beef simmer until the stock has reduced 6 Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
