1 extra large egg

½ cup granulated sugar

½ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground clove

¼ tsp allspice

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

4 tbsp butter
Instructions
1 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees 2 Line a small sheet pan with foil 3 Add 4 tablespoons of melted butter into the pan 4 Combine the egg white, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and spices in a medium bowl 5 Add the pecans and toss until they are all well coated 6 Spread the coated pecans in a single layer over the sheet pan 7 Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, tossing occasionally 8 Allow the spiced candied pecans to cool for 15 minutes before servingView original recipe
