cup plain greek yogurt
cup brown sugar
cup unsweetened applesauce

cup all purpose flour

tsp ground nutmeg
tsp ground cinnamon

cup olive oil

Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 350° 1 Grease and line a 8”x4” loaf pan with parchment paper 2 In a large bowl, whisk 1/2 cup of olive oil with 2 large eggs, 1 cup of natural unsweetened apple sauce, 1/3 cup of greek yogurt and 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract until well combined 3 Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and whisk until smooth 4 Add 1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon of cloves and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and mix until just combined 5 Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake in a 350° oven for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean 6 Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing 7 Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 daysView original recipe
