What you need

½ cup yellow onion

1 tbsp ginger paste

½ cup blood orange juice

⅓ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup dark brown sugar

½ tsp salt

½ tsp stone ground mustard
½ tsp ground all spice

¼ tsp clove
