0 Combine 2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk with 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of chia seeds in a bowl, cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight 1 Place a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 large peeled and diced apples, 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg, cloves and salt and cook until the apples have softened 2 To assemble, layer the vanilla chia pudding, some apple sauce and the spiced apples and garnish with granola 3 Chill in airtight containers for up to 5 daysView original recipe
