0 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees 1 Whisk a large egg white with a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract, 1/2 cup of a neutral oil and 3/4 cup of buttermilk in a large bowl 2 Add 1 1/3 cups of all purpose flour, 2/3 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and mix until just combined 3 Fill 12 lined cupcake tins and bake in a 350 degree oven for 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cupcakes 4 Transfer the baked cupcakes onto a cooling rack 5 Frost fully cooled cupcakes and enjoy!View original recipe
