1 tsp garlic powder

1 cole slaw mix

1 Preheat your oven to 425 degrees 2 Place bone-in skin-on chicken breasts onto a parchment lined baking sheet 3 Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and season 4 Bake in a 425 degree oven for 50-60 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees 5 Carefully pull the chicken meat from the bone and place it into the food processor 6 Add 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce (per breast) and pulse until the texture is fine and the barbecue sauce is mixed in 7 Assemble sliders by cutting the buns in half, adding a layer of shredded barbecue chicken, a layer of cole slaw and topping with the other half of the bun 8 Serve with some chips or fries and enjoy!View original recipe
