summer squash

russet potato

bunch asparagus
oz smoked sausage

Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 425° 1 Place the potatoes and carrots onto a rimmed baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season generously with garlic powder, onion powder and seasoned salt 2 Roast in the 425° oven for 20 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients 3 When the potatoes have been in for 20 minutes, transfer the baking sheet onto a heat proof surface and add the onion, summer squash, asparagus and smoked sausage 8 Optionally, you can roasted the smoked sausage separately on a small baking sheet to give it better caramelization on its own 4 Drizzle lightly with olive oil, season with garlic powder, onion powder and seasoned salt and return to the 425° oven 5 Roast for an additional 20-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and everything is lightly caramelized 7 If you roasted the smoked sausage separately, add it along with all of the juices from the baking sheet over the vegetables and toss everything together before serving 6 Serve with a small salad and crusty breadView original recipe
