white onion

cup fresh cilantro

cup fresh lime juice

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

0 Preheat your oven to 425 degrees 1 Place the tomatillos, jalapeños and onion on a baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes flipping half way through 2 Transfer the roasted vegetables into a blender along with 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice, a teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 3 Blend until the consistency reaches your desired texture 4 Taste and add additional lime juice or salt, if desired 5 Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 7-10 daysView original recipe
