Roasted Garlic Herb New Potatoes

What you need

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic clove

2 tsp seasoned salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp fresh mixed herbs
1 fresh parsley
1 salt
Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 375 degrees 1 Add 1 pound of clean, dry new potatoes into a large bowl 2 Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the potatoes and add 2 cloves of finely minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of seasoned salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and about 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary, oregano, thyme or any combination) 3 Toss until all of the potatoes are coated in olive oil and generously seasoned 4 Transfer the potatoes into a small baking dish and cover tightly with foil 5 Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes 6 Uncover the dish and toss the potatoes around a bit 7 Increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees and cook until the potatoes are fork tender (about 8 minutes) 8 Serve garnished with fresh parsley and flaky sea saltView original recipe
