With just three ingredients and a few simple steps, you can have roasted garlic to add to everything!

What you need

1 olive oil
1 salt

0 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees 1 Use a sharp knife to cut the top off of the garlic bulb (see photos above) 2 Place the garlic bulb or bulbs onto a sheet of foil cut side up 3 Drizzle the top of each bulb with olive oil (approximately 1 teaspoon per whole bulb) and sprinkle with sea saltĀ 4 Wrap the foil around the garlic to complete enclose it 5 Roast the garlic for 45-50 minutes or until the cloves are golden brown and tender 6 Transfer the roasted garlic out of the oven and allow it to cool slightly 7 Carefully flip the garlic cut side down and gently squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into a dish 8 Store leftover roasted garlic in an airtight container completely covered with olive oil in the refrigerator or freeze individual cloves on parchment paper and then transfer into a bag and freeze for up to 3 monthsView original recipe
