What you need

2 oz prosciutto

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp red pepper flake
1 fresh parsley
Instructions
1 Preheat your oven to 400 degrees 2 Cut your bread into large cubes and place them in a bowl 3 Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the bread and add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes 4 Toss until all of the bread is lightly coated and seasoned 5 Transfer the bread cubes onto a parchment lined baking sheet 6 Arrange 2 ounces of prosciutto around the bread cubes on the baking sheet 7 Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the bread is dried and golden brown and the prosciutto is crispy 8 Transfer the dried bread cubes and crispy prosciutto along with a handful of fresh parsley into a food processor 9 Pulse until breadcrumbs form 10 Use as a garnish for pasta, soup or salad or as a breadcrumb topping for dishes being bakedView original recipe
