vanilla protein powder

0 If you prefer your smoothie on the thicker side, peel and slice 1 large or 2 small bananas and place them in the freezer for an hour or so before making your smoothie. This step is optional, so feel free to use room temperature bananas. 1 Peel your grapefruit, divide into quarters and add into a blender along with 6 ounce of Greek yogurt and a banana (frozen or room temperature) 4 Blend until smooth 3 If you added protein powder or prefer your smoothie to have a thinner consistency, add additional grapefruit juice or a splash of almond milk 5 Enjoy!View original recipe
