lemon

cup fresh ginger
cup ground turmeric

tsp black pepper

cayenne pepper

cup coconut water
Instructions
0 Combine 1 1/2 cups of fresh pineapple, 2 quartered oranges, 1 quartered lemon, 1/3 cup of fresh ginger broken into pieces, 1/3 cup of fresh turmeric broken int pieces, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, a pinch of cayenne pepper and 1 cup of coconut water in a blender 1 Blend until completely broken down 2 Place a mesh sifter over a large bowl (optionally line with cheese cloth) 3 Pour the mixture into the sifter and press until all of the juice has been transferred into the bowl 4 Transfer the juice into small glass bottles 5 Chill until ready to enjoyView original recipe
