What you need

cup unsweetened almond milk

tsp vanilla extract

cup sweetened shredded coconut

cup chia seed

cup vanilla yogurt

cup crushed pineapple

granola
shredded coconut
Instructions
0 Combine 13.5 ounces of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of shredded coconut and 1/2 cup of chia seeds in a bowl, cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight 1 When ready to assemble the parfaits, mix 1/2 cup of canned crushed pineapple into 2 cups of greek yogurt 2 Alternate layers of coconut chia pudding and pineapple yogurt and garnish with granola, shredded coconut or more pineappleView original recipe
