What you need

cup old fashioned oats

cup maple syrup

cup semisweet chocolate chips

tsp baking powder

cup peanut butter

tsp salt

cup pecan nuts

0 Preheat your oven to 350° and line a 12 cup muffin tin 1 In a large bowl, whisk 3 large eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of pure maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and 2/3 cup of peanut butter until smooth 2 Add 2 1/2 cups of old fashioned oats, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and an optional teaspoon of ground cinnamon and mix until just combined 3 Fold in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips until evenly distributed 4 Divide the batter between the muffin cavities 5 Bake in a 350° oven for 22-24 minutesView original recipe
