What you need

½ tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp black pepper

1 ¼ cup parmesan

8 tbsp butter

⅔ cup full fat milk

¼ cup fresh dill

1 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1 Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and set a rack towards the top half of your oven 2 Cube 1 stick of butter and place it into the freezer while you gather the other ingredients 3 In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1 cup of grated parmesan, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 4 Add the chilled butter cubes and work them into the dry ingredients with a pastry blender or stiff forks until no large pieces of butter remain 5 Drizzle in the whole milk, a little at a time, stirring as you go 6 As soon as the dough begins to come together, stop adding milk 7 Use your hands to bring the dough together into a firm ball 8 Divide the dough into three portions 9 Roll each portion of dough out on a sheet of parchment paper. Lightly dust with flour, if necessary 10 Once the dough is less than 1/4 of an inch thick, cut out your chosen cracker shapes using a pastry cutter or sharp knife. *Do not separate the crackers 11 Sprinkle parmesan, dill and fine sea salt over the crackers 12 Slide the sheet of parmesan onto a flat baking sheet 13 Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-25 minutes or until the crackers are golden and crispy 14 Slide the parchment (with the crackers on top) onto a cooling rack to allow the crackers to cool 15 Store in an airtight container at room temperatureView original recipe
