Parmesan Garlic White Suace

A light, but incredibly flavorful parmesan garlic based white sauce.

What you need

1 tbsp all purpose flour
2 garlic paste

⅙ tsp salt

1 black pepper

⅔ cup full fat milk

⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
0 Add 1 tablespoon of butter into a small sauce pan and place over medium heat 1 Once the butter has melted, whisk in 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour and cook, whisking continuously, for about 30 seconds 2 Slowly whisk in 2/3 cup of whole milk 3 Add 2 pasted cloves of garlic and a pinch of salt and black pepper 4 Cook over medium heat for another 60 seconds or so, whisking continuously until the sauce begins to thicken a bit 5 Add 1/3 cup of grated parmesan and remove the sauce pan from the heat 6 Whisk the sauce until the parmesan has been fully incorporated 7 Add to cooked pasta or allow the sauce to cool a bit and use as a white pizza sauceView original recipe
