What you need

cup confectioners sugar

tsp espresso powder

oz light cream cheese

oz chocolate

chocolate shavings
Instructions
0 Place 4 ounces of cream cheese and 4 ounces of chocolate in a heat proof bowl and melt in 15 second increments in the microwave or over a pot of simmering water to form a double boiler 1 As soon as the cream cheese and chocolate has melted enough to stir, remove it from the heat and mix until smooth and set aside to cool 2 Whip 3/4 cup of cold heavy cream with 1/3 cup of confectioners sugar and a teaspoon of espresso powder until stiff peaks form 3 Gently combine the whipped cream and melted cream cheese and chocolate and transfer the mixture into 2 medium sized dishes or 4 smaller dishes 4 Enjoy immediately or chill until ready to serve 5 Garnish with finely chopped chocolate (optional)View original recipe
