What you need

tsp taco seasoning
tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
romaine lettuce

orange bell pepper

poblano

cup sweet corn

cup cooked black beans

cup cherry tomato

cup red onion

cup fresh cilantro

Instructions
1 Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil into a skillet and place over medium heat 2 Season 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts generously with your favorite taco seasoning and transfer into the warm skillet 3 Cook until both sides are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees 4 Set the cooked chicken aside for now 5 Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl 6 Add your desired amount of dressing and toss to combine 7 Slice the chicken thin and add to the salad 8 Enjoy!View original recipe
