0 Brown 8 ounces of ground beef, pork or lamb in a skillet and season with sea salt, black pepper and your favorite Italian spice blend 1 Add a large finely minced clove of garlic and cook for about 60 seconds while stirring 2 Add 28 ounces of crushed tomatoes, 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan, 2 tablespoons of fresh finely chopped parsley and a teaspoon of dried Italian herbs 3 Bring to a simmer and simmer until ready to serve 4 Serve with crusty breadView original recipe
