What you need

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
⅙ cup white-wine vinegar

⅙ cup agave nectar

1 tbsp honey dijon mustard

1 tbsp poppyseeds

½ tsp salt
Instructions
0 Combine 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil, 1/8 cup of white wine vinegar, 1/8 cup of honey, 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of poppyseeds in a blender or food processor or in a bowl with a stiff whisk or frother. 1 Blend until combined and full of bubbles (20-30 seconds). 4 Serve immediately or chill in an airtight container.View original recipe
