What you need

4 tbsp granulated sugar
4 tbsp warm water

12 oz full fat milk
Instructions
1 Place 4 tablespoons of instant coffee and 4 table spoons of granulated sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer or a medium bowl, if using an electric hand mixer or whisk 2 Add hot water and whip until stiff peaks form 3 If serving hot, warm the milk and pour into a glass.
