What you need

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

½ cup milk

2 egg nog

5 garlic clove

⅓ cup fresh parsley

⅓ cup yellow onion

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried herbs

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp crushed red pepper

24 oz tomato sauce

0 Preheat your oven to 425 degrees 1 Combine 2 pounds of ground beef, 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 5 finely minced cloves of garlic, 1/3 cup of finely chopped parsley, 1/3 cup of grated yellow onion, 1 cup of finely grated parmesan, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes in a large bowl 2 Form 2 tablespoons of the mixture into golfball sized meatballs and place them onto a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet 3 Bake the meatballs for 25-30 minutes or until they golden brown on the outside and are no longer pink inside 4 Transfer the baked meatballs into a large skillet with your favorite tomato sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes before servingView original recipe
