What you need

1 yellow onion

3 baby carrots
3 celery rib

2 tbsp white peppercorns

2 tsp salt

1 chicken bouillon cube

1 lemon peel

1 water
Instructions
0 Place all of the ingredients into a large stock pot and place over medium high heat 1 Once the water begins to boil, reduce the heat to low enough to maintain a light simmer 2 Cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour 3 Strain the stock 4 Use the stock immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight containerView original recipe
