1 tbsp fresh dill

1 salt
Instructions
0 Combine 1 cup of plain greek yogurt, 1 clove of finely minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh dill, 1 teaspoon of sumac and a pinch of sea salt in a dish. Cover and chill until the lamb is ready to serve 1 Combine 1/2 teaspoon of sumac, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of dried coriander and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt in a small dish and generously season the lamb chops 2 Let the seasoned lamb sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling 3 Place a grill pan over medium heat and allow it to warm for several minutes 4 Drizzle the grill with olive oil and set the seasoned lamb chops onto the warm grill 5 Let the chops cook undisturbed for 3 minutes and then flip and cook undisturbed for 3 minutes on the other side 6 The chops should be cooked to about medium rare at this point. If you prefer them cooked more, flip them in a way that will create cross section sear marks on the grill and cook to your preferred level of doneness 7 Serve with the chilled sumac dill yogurt sauceView original recipe
