⅔ cup fresh spinach
1 egg

⅙ cup fresh parsley
1 tsp lemon zest

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp cumin

0 Preheat your oven to 450 degrees 1 Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly 2 Form medium sized meatballs using about 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture 3 Lightly oil a small baking sheet 4 Place the meatballs onto the baking sheet 5 Bake in a 450 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until they are all browned and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165 degreesView original recipe
