4 oz cherry tomato

¼ cup red onion

½ cup black olives

½ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
