What you need

¼ cup feta

⅔ cup fresh spinach
1 egg

⅙ cup fresh parsley
1 tsp lemon zest

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp cumin

1 flatbread

1 shredded cheese

1 red onion
1 fresh tomatoes

1 tzatziki sauce
Instructions
Make the meatballs... 0 Preheat your oven to 450 degrees 2 Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly 3 Form medium sized meatballs using about 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture 4 Lightly oil a small baking sheet 5 Place the meatballs onto the baking sheet 6 Bake in a 450 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until they are all browned and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165 degrees Assembly... 8 Fill each flatbread with shredded lettuce, meatballs, thinly sliced red onions, tomatoes and tzatziki sauce 9 Enjoy!View original recipe
