What you need

4 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp steak seasoning

¼ tsp black pepper

3 garlic clove
1 cooked white rice

1 arugula

1 black beans

1 pico de gallo

1 sour cream
1 lime wedge
Instructions
Make the garlic butter steak bites... 0 Cut 2 pounds of steak into bite sized pieces and place into a large bowl 2 Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of steak seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the steak and mix until all of the pieces are generously coated in seasoning 3 Add a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil into a large skillet placed over medium to medium high heat 4 Once the skillet is warm and the butter has melted, place the steak bites into the skillet in a single layer 5 Cook until the underside of each piece is golden brown and then flip the pieces and cook until they are done to your preference 6 Reduce the heat to medium low and push the steak bites to one side of the skillet 7 Add 3 tablespoons of butter and 3 cloves of finely minced garlic into the empty side of the skillet and cook the garlic for about 60 seconds or until it is fragrant and the butter has melted 8 Mix the steak bites into the garlic butter and transfer off of the heat Assemble the burrito bowls... 10 Add rice, greens and black beans into the base of the bowl 11 Add the garlic butter steak bites 12 Garnish the bowl with salsa, sour cream and lime wedges or your preferred toppings and enjoy!View original recipe
