What you need

3 kiwi

ΒΌ cantaloupe

10 oz strawberries
8 oz blueberry

6 oz fresh raspberries
3 oz fresh blackberries

1 fresh mint leaves

2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
1 Dice the Granny Smith apple and place it into a medium bowl 2 Squeeze the juice from 1 lemon or clementine over the apple and mix until the apple is coated in the juice 3 Combine all of the cut fruit into a large glass mixing bowl 4 Chiffonade, or thinly slice a small bunch of fresh mint leaves and add to the fruit 5 Mix well 6 Serve immediately or cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigeratorView original recipe
