fl oz citrus fruit

oz all purpose flour

tsp salt
tbsp lemon zest

4 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees 0 Combine a 5 ounce container of yogurt with a 5 ounce container of a neutral oil and 4 large eggs until smooth 1 Add two 5 ounce containers of granulated sugar, three 5 ounce containers of all purpose flour, a tablespoon of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix until just combined 2 Add 1/2 of a 5 ounce container of fresh citrus juice and a tablespoon of fresh citrus zest (optional) 3 Transfer the batter into a greased and parchment lined loaf pan 5 Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes or until the top of the loaf is golden brown and a toothpick will come out of the center clean 6 Let the loaf cool slightly before slicing and enjoyingView original recipe
