What you need

1 flatbread

2 slice bacon

1 free range egg

0 If you want to make your own flatbread, follow my recipe here or find a good soft flatbread at your local bakery or grocery store 1 Preheat your oven to 400 degrees 2 Place your bacon onto a baking sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 12-14 minutes or until it is crisp then transfer the bacon onto a paper towel lined plate until you are ready to assemble the sandwiches 3 Place a large skillet over medium heat, lightly oil the skillet and cook your eggs to your liking 4 Assemble the foldovers by adding some cheese one half of the flatbread, adding 2 strips of crisp bacon and then your egg 5 Fold the flatbread in half and enjoy warm or let the foldover cool and wrap it in parchment paper, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy 6 Reheat in the parchment paper in the microwave or oven until warmed throughView original recipe
