What you need

1 yellow onion

2 garlic clove

1 ½ cup cassava flour

1 salt & pepper

0 Place 2 strips of bacon into a skillet over medium heat 1 Cook until the bacon is crisp and then transfer the bacon onto a plate and set aside 2 Add 2 tablespoons of butter into the bacon fat and once it has melted, add the finely minced garlic and onions and cook until softened and fragrant 3 Sprinkle the cassava flour over the skillet and cook while stirring constantly until lightly toasted (3-4 minutes) 4 Season with salt and black pepper to tasteView original recipe
