What you need
1 tsp dried coriander

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garam masala

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp baking powder

4 tbsp butter

1 tbsp tomato paste

2 garlic clove

1 tsp ginger paste

2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 425 degrees 1 Prepare a baking sheet by lining with foil and placing an oven safe baking rack over the foil. Spray the rack with non-stick spray and set aside for now 2 Pat the wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl 3 Combine 1 teaspoon of dried coriander, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper in a small dish and reserve a teaspoon of the mixture for later 4 Add a tablespoon of baking powder to the spice mixture and add the mixture to the wings 5 Toss the wings in the spice mixture and place them onto the prepared baking rack 6 Bake the wings in a 425 degree oven for 45-60 minutes (flipping every 20 minutes) or until both sides are crispy and the wings are cooked through 7 While the wings are baking, melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and whisk in a tablespoon of tomato paste, 2 cloves of finely minced garlic, a teaspoon of grated ginger and the reserved teaspoon of the spice blend.
