What you need

ripe banana

oz vanilla yogurt

granny smith apple
lime

cup baby spinach leaves

in fresh ginger

fresh cilantro

tbsp ground flaxseed

coconut water
Instructions
0 Peel and slice 1 large cucumber and 1 large banana and place the slices on a parchment lined baking sheet 1 Place the cucumbers and bananas in the freezer for 60 minutes before making your smoothie (optional) 2 Add the Greek yogurt, chopped Granny Smith apple, flax seeds and the juice from 1 lime into your blender and pulse until the apple is broken down a bit 3 Add the fresh or frozen cucumbers and bananas and pulse until combined 4 Add the ginger, spinach, cilantro and a splash of coconut water or orange juice into the blender and blend until smooth 5 Add additional coconut water or orange juice, if a thinner consistency is preferred 6 Serve chilledView original recipe
