0 Wash the collard greens, remove the stems and thinly slice the leaves 1 Place a large skillet over medium heat 2 Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter into the skillet and once the butter has melted, add 6 cloves of minced garlic 3 Cook the garlic for about 90 seconds while stirring consistently 4 Add the thinly sliced collard greens and cook for about 5 minutes 5 Season with salt and black pepper and enjoy!View original recipe
