What you need

¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp dried herbs

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
0 Bring your turkey out of the refrigerator 60-90 minutes prior to cooking to allow it to come to room temperature 1 Rinse the turkey with cool water, drain completely and pat dry 2 30 minutes prior to cooking, preheat your oven to 475 degrees 3 Re-dry your turkey and transfer it into a roasting pan 9 Rub the turkey with olive oil and your seasonings 10 Tie the legs together with kitchen twine and cover the ends of the legs with a small piece of foil 4 Roast your turkey for 8 minutes per pound in a 475 degree oven 5 Cover the turkey loosely with foil, if necessary, to prevent over browning of the skin 6 The turkey is done when the deepest internal temperature reaches 165 degrees 7 Transfer the cooked turkey to a heat proof surface 8 Rest for 30 minutes prior to carvingView original recipe
