What you need

cup red cabbage

cup cucumber
cup green sweet pepper

petite tomatoes

tbsp red onion

tbsp olive oil

tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar

tbsp ginger paste

tsp fresh garlic

tbsp dijon mustard
tbsp maple syrup
salt & pepper
Instructions
0 Combine all of the finely chopped vegetables in a large bowl 1 In a small bowl or blender, combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of very finely minced ginger, 1 teaspoon of very finely minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup and a pinch of salt and black pepper and whisk or blender until fully combined 2 Add some of the dressing to the bowl and toss to combine 3 Add additional dressing, if needed 4 Enjoy!View original recipe
