What you need

cup unsweetened almond milk

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt

cup creamy peanut butter

granola

0 Combine 1/2 cup of chia seeds with 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract in an airtight container and chill for 4 hours or overnight 1 Whisk 1/3 cup of smooth peanut butter into 2 cups of greek yogurt until fully combined 2 Once the chocolate chia is set, layer into 4 small glasses and garnish with salted peanuts, granola or chopped chocolate (optional)View original recipe
