What you need

⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 ½ cup confectioners sugar

4 tbsp heavy cream

1 salted butter
Instructions
0 Place 1 cup of room temperature butter in a large bowl and add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. 2 Use an electric hand mixer on low speed to cream the ingredients together until smooth and fully incorporated 3 Add the confectioners sugar, a little at a time, until your frosting has reached your desired level of thickness and sweetness 4 Add a splash of heavy cream to thin the frosting, if necessary 6 Use to frost cakes or pipe onto cupcakes or into cookie sandwichesView original recipe
